Can I get tax relief if I move my personal phone to my business?

I have my own company but a personal mobile phone.  Should I move the phone contract to my company in order to get full tax relief?

The provision to an employee of a single mobile phone, including line rental and private calls paid directly by an employer on that phone, is exempt from income tax. So it makes sense to move the contract to your company.
